Job Responsibilities
* Dispense medicines accurately and provide quality customer service.
* Achieve sales and diagnostics targets.
* Process omnichannel orders within defined turnaround times.
* Maintain inventory, stock accuracy, and expiry management.
* Ensure compliance with pharmacy SOPs and statutory guidelines.
* Support store operations, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
* Build strong customer relationships and promote home delivery and healthcare services.
Required Skills
* Valid Pharmacy Council Registration.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Basic computer and pharmacy software knowledge.
* Good attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
